We want you to spend your time out on the water or in the back-country enjoying your equipment, not worrying about how to keep it protected.
Our warranty is simple. If there is any defect in workmanship or material within a 2-year period, we will repair or replace at no charge. We also offer special warranty packages to support Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) policies, so please contact us to discuss how we can accommodate you.
The warranty is not valid for damage or defects as a result of:
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Material/Component portion is limited to the same warranty provided by our suppliers and therefore does not express or imply any extended performance of their product. The validity of a claim will be determined by our inspection of the cover either by information and photos supplied or its actual return. Where a claim is deemed valid, the corrective action is limited to repair or replacement of the Commercial Sewing Product performed by Commercial Sewing only. Freight costs to return a cover for determination or correction are not covered. The maximum value of any claim cannot exceed the amount of the purchase price paid or appropriate list price indicated by the manufacture date, excluding tax, shipping and handling charges. During the warranty claim process loaner covers cannot be provided.
