Commercial Sewing operates a 7-station computerized screen printing department. We design graphics, create the film positives, build, burn & reclaim all the screens and print. We have the ability to print 1 to 6 colors on our state of the art rotary printing presses and use plastisol Inks to assure high durability while minimizing any environmental impact. The department produces over a half million prints each year. Our graphics team also offers embroidery, embossing, sublimation, and other vinyl texturizing imprint capabilities.
