Return/Exchange & Cancellation Policy For Made-To-Order Products
Our boat covers are custom-made for each specific vehicle therefore any Exchange or Return must be pre-approved by Commercial Sewing Customer Service to ensure a replacement is necessary within 30 days of initial purchase.
Check with Commercial Sewing Sales Office prior to order placement to ensure correct part number is ordered.
- Returns or Exchanges for ordering the wrong cover or part number at order entry are not valid and will not be approved.
- Items must be completely unused and contain original materials and packaging.
- Exchanges or Returns are not valid for damage or result of:
- Improper installation, care or use
- Improper application
- Use of chemicals or cleaners other than what is recommended in the “Care Instructions”
- Color fading; the fabric is “Solution Dyed” to be highly resistant to color fading however it may occur to a degree and does not constitute a defect
- Accumulation of ice, snow, water, or debris
- Alterations of original design
- Allowing sharp or pointed objects to come into contact with product
- Improper packaging in return shipment
- Removal of sewn in product identification
Cancellations
Commercial Sewing will allow cancellation of orders within 24 hours of initial order. Orders canceled after the 24-hour period are subject to $50 cancellation fee.
