To make an inquiry for warranty determination contact our warranty department.
- If returning the cover is necessary for either further investigation or correction an (RMA) “Return Materials Authorization” will be issued.
- The package(s) must be plainly marked on the exterior with the RMA number to be accepted by our receiving department.
- If the claim is deemed warrantable the repaired or replaced cover will be returned via “ground service” freight prepaid.
- Accepted claims will be remedied in a prompt orderly fashion.
