Our quality initiatives are focused on Lean Principals and we are ISO 9001 TS16949 compliant. We have documented policies, procedures, established audit programs and training both for internal production as well as for our supplier materials. We manage our products’ lifecycle quality, material enhancements and testing regiments using rigorous certificates of conformance and inspections such as FAIR, ECN, SCAR and CAPA Processes. Our processes require our team to routinely measure and track these key performance indicators and voice of the customer metrics on a routine basis. As a result of our quality measures, Commercial Sewing has historically received high supplier scorecard performance ratings from customers such as Yamaha, Kawasaki, Artic Cat and Polaris above 90% rating.
